Hailing from the legendary, volcanic soils of Colombia’s Huila region, this exceptional lot brings together two of the country’s most celebrated varieties: Caturra and Castillo.

By choosing a traditional washed process, the fruit is meticulously removed from the bean immediately after harvest. This coaxes out a pristine, sparkling cleanliness in the cup, allowing the natural characteristics of the terroir to shine through with immaculate clarity.

We’ve roasted this selection just a touch darker than our house blend, crafting a medium profile that coaxes out a velvety, crowd-pleasing richness while honoring the beans' vibrant origins:

  • The Caturra variety leads the charge, introducing a crisp, juicy hint of red apple that dances across the palate.

  • The Castillo variety grounds the cup, providing a deep, satisfying body that transforms into waves of smooth caramel and rich, comforting brown sugar.

Whether you brew it as a morning pour-over or a silky afternoon espresso, this is classic Colombian coffee, elevated—offering a sweet, balanced, and deeply satisfying brew from the very first sip to the last.

Meet the perfect bridge between vibrant clarity and comforting warmth.

Huila is one of Colombia’s southernmost coffee-producing departments and is home to its third-highest peak, the Nevado del Huila volcano. According to the FNC, the department accounts for around 18% of Colombia’s total coffee production and received an official Denomination of Origin status in 2013. This particular lot comes from Santa Maria, a town located in the northern part of Huila, not farm from the departmental capital of Neiva. The coffees from this region tend to have bright, sweet flavors such as tangerine or red apple
