On one hand, it features a complex, sweet, and floral profile with a creamy body and a lingering caramel aftertaste, making it an unforgettable experience that we are happy to be sharing. On the other hand, it supports the development and transformation of more women producers by offering them a platform to enhance their farms, knowledge, and skills in specialty coffee. Made primarily from floral varieties like Chiroso, this lot aims to elevate these producers' craft, by guiding them into a more refined and consistent cup in smaller batches.
This unique coffee variety is gaining popularity in the specialty coffee world, grown in the highest mountains of Colombia, it is known for its bright, sweet and floral profile. This coffee has been compared to Ethiopian Heirloom varieties as well as the Gesha variety.
