We crafted this blend to mirror the complexity of Spring. We’ve paired a delicate, Washed Ethiopian coffee with a Colombian coffee with a bit of a story. This lot of Chiroso variety Colombian coffee was produced by a group of women through Unblended. This program teaches young women different processing techniques, promotes their farms and connects them with other women in the industry. Together they make an elegant, bright and floral cup with notes of wild flowers, nectarines and honey.
